Rates & Insurance 

Dr. Fishman's practice is fee-for-service meaning that she is not contracted with health insurance providers. If you have a PPO plan, you may be reimbursed for a significant portion of the fee for an out-of-network provider.

Dr. Fishman accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Payments may be made online for your convenience. Payment is due at time of service.

A comprehensive receipt will be provided for FSA reimbursement upon request.
